Q.- How to install Telugu Fonts manually?

  1. First make sure that Anu Script Manager 6.0 or 7.0 is not installed on your system. If already installed, then un-install Anu Script Manager 6.0 or 7.0.

  2. First Un-install and then Re-install our software.

  3. Now go to Control Panel > Fonts folder. There is AnupamaMedium Font. Double Click on it. It will open a file in Telugu language. Now close all programs and re-start your computer. It will work properly.

  4. If AnupamaMedium Font is not available in Control Panel > Fonts Folder, then go to installed directory of software (where you have installed it). Normally it will be located in "C:\Program Files (x86)\Mindsutra (Or Sarvanand)... …. …. ". There will be Font Backup Folder. Copy AnupamaMedium font from there and paste it to Control Panel > Fonts Folder. Now Double Click on it. It will open a file in Telugu language. Now close all programs and re-start your computer. It will work properly.




Q.- Where i can find installation folder ?

If you had not changed the program path during installtion by default installation folder will be "C:\program files sarvanad astrological research center/".To know the exact installation folder,Right Click on program icon created on desktop and select option"properties".It will open a new dialog box of properties after that click on "open file location"or "find target" button in the dialog box,it will open the installation folder.




Q.-Program don't open after double clicking ?

First of all,Right Click on software icon created on Desktop then select the option "Properties".It will open a new window of program properties,In which click on tab "Compatibility"and check the box"Run this program as an administrator"now click on apply button then OK button.It will work properly.

     


Q.- How to take backup of data stored in program?

In this condition go to installation directory of program. Copy "Data" folder from there and paste it to another drive,CD or Pen Drive. Please make sure that all files of data folder have been copied.

Q.-How to restore data ?

Once you have taken the backup of your data,you can restore it any time.To restore your data please go to the directory,where you have stored data folder during backup process.Just copy data folder from there and paste it to the installation directory.It will promt a message for replace existing file,click YES,your data has been restored.

Q.- How to Resolve Black Screen Problem ?

After software installation, if any page appears black background, then please change your System Color Scheme. Windows XP users should use "Default Blue" Color Scheme, where as windows 7 users should use "Windows Classic" Color Scheme. Color Scheme option is available in "Control Panel".
