• We pick individual items off the desired list of features and look into finer details. The objective is to freeze the final desired items and come to an agreement on them.
• Then the development team tries to design prototypes of the final result. At this stage, we are still in close contact and continued dialogue with the Astrologer.
• The prototypes are shown to the Astrologer and then a final work order is prepared which has to be signed off by both the parties
• Thereafter, the actual development of the desired features starts. Here too, from time-to-time, we initiate dialogue between the development team and the astrologer to make sure that the work is always kept on track and in-tune with the final output.
• Once the development work ends, the testing phase kicks off. The astrologer gets aggresively involved here and batters out the new product in order to fool-proof the product.
• Along with the above testing, we also have a dedicated team of astrologers who readily volunteer to test our new products and send in their valuable feedback.
• The bugs revealed during the testing are fixed and again tested. This cycle continues until the final product is ready for delivery.

The above methodology shows how involved and aggressive the whole customization process is. This ensures that we always deliver the best product with 110% satisfaction.
