WHY SHOULD YOU CONTACT US ?

Frankly speaking, it is just not possible for us to ascertain whether you will ever contact us; but what we really believe that most probably you will do so – sooner or later. All we very honestly aspire is to attract your kind attention, and earnestly look forward to hearing from you. You are at fullest liberty to contact us whenever you like – on any day, and at any time.

We wish to bring it to your kind notice that we have successfully developed some software titles on some important and appealing subjects already, and these are readily available in the market at affordable prices. It may not be proper for us to claim what is so special about our products – since we do believe that your good self will be the best judge as the actual user, and will be in a position to arrive at a reasonable conclusion – in respect of qualitative worth (if any), categorical superiority (if present), and functional usefulness.

If any of our products attracts your fancy or interest, and/ or should you ever require any further information about either our products, forthcoming titles, or our activities, then please feel free to contact us. Just upon hearing from you, we shall promptly revert.

If you have purchased any of our software titles, and need to have the password for operating it, you can contact us over the phone or via e-mail. As the password can be instantly generated, we shall let you know the required password in less than a minute.

And in case if you find any difficulty either to install or to operate the software program, then our service technologist will promptly advise you what to do and/ or how to do that.

As a rule, we spend a considerable duration of time for conducting thorough checking of our products in respect of obtainable accuracy and reliability. Still, if any discrepancy or error is ever found to be creeping in, then we shall rectify the error just upon hearing from you; we shall arrange to send an updated version of the program at your doorstep at the earliest convenience. Your name will appear in our classified column as a patron – who has kindly assisted us with his/ her valuable advise to improve the quality of our product/s.

If you are having any suggestion for improvement – which might involve minor addition, deletion, alteration, modification, etc or major incorporation – in any of our software titles, then also you should feel free to let us know your valued opinion. We shall judiciously consider your suggestion, and if we are convinced that it will be better to opt for, then we shall incorporate it in our possible future version at an early date. We shall arrange to send you an updated version, and acknowledge our indebtedness with gratitude and thanks.

If you are a practicing Astrologer or engaged in conducting serious researches in the field of Astrology, and for your own work/ use if you need one or more section/s or sub-section/s is/ are to be additionally incorporated in your software program, then you may let us know about your precise requirement. If possible, then we do this extra work for you – and for this we may charge you a modest sum if the required thing is not of general interest/ use.
