The details are as follows:
Position #1
Title : AstrologerOpen Positions : 1
We are looking for a learned astrologer who can work on our astrological software. He would be responsible for the upgradation and enhancement of our software and would be playing an active part in designing and developing all our future astrological products in close co-ordination with the programming team.
He should have sound knowledge in the field of Jaimini astrology, Numerology, Horary astrology, Vedic and Western astrology, Mundane astrology etc. He should possess prior knowledge of working on Computer Astrological software and should be aware of the processes leading to development of a software product.
He should possess good communication skills, should be well versed in spoken and written English and Hindi languages and should have a co-operative and pleasant nature.
Knowledge of any regional languages would be an added skill.
He should be a good team player and should be open to learning and innovating new ideas.
Position #2
Title : Web Designer/DeveloperOpen Positions : 1
We are looking for a Web Designer cum Developer who should be well versed with development of web
pages (i.e. website development) using Microsoft’s Active Server Pages, Visual Basic, Java Script and
Visual Basic Scripting languages.
He should be possessing sound skills in Adobe Photoshop, Macromedia Flash and
other photo processing/editing software.
His prime responsibility would be to work in the development team as a team member and to enhance and
upgrade the website www.mindsutra.com. We are looking for somebody who has experience on dynamic website
development and on implementing shopping carts and integrating a Payment Gateway within the site.
He should possess good soft skills. Should be a team player, co-operative, helpful, open to experimenting
and learning new things and having a flair for designing and implementing websites. He should have a good
aesthetic sense.
Position #3
Title : TraineeOpen Positions : 2
We are looking for fresh candidates who have just completed or are about to complete college and are looking
for a platform which could enable them to carve a career in the IT world. These individuals are not required
to have any expertise level skills, instead, they should be hard-working, should be willing to learn,
experiment and think out-of-the-box.
They would be working in a very dynamic product development environment which would enable them to learn all
aspects of Software Development Life Cycle. They will also be required to technically support our existing as
well as future products.
They should have a flair for programming and should be able to work harmoniously in a team. They should have
sound communication skills with the ability to communicate ideas across the team intuitively.
This would be a 6 month’s to a year’s position. After successful completing the term, the candidates would be
absorbed within the organization and would thereafter be eligible for all the benefits of a regular employee.
They would be handed over Experience Certificates with details about the kind of work they’d undertaken and
a review of their work from the management team of MindSutra. This would help them move ahead in the career.
A Note for the Trainees:
Recently, a number of fake software organizations have mushroomed that boosts of providing training in
the name of experience to fresh candidates. In turn, they ask for a fee with a false promise of getting
them a decent job after the successful completion of the training.
This is misleading many candidates as only after the training they find out that they have been cheated
and have been taken advantage of. The fee charged by these organizations are huge
(between Rs.50,000 to 1 Lakh ) and beyond the pockets of many deserving
and talented individuals.
We encourage these individuals to beware this kind of hoax. The companies who do this are operating
illegally with no registration with any government bodies. They are here to mint money by misleading
innocent candidates.
We pledge with everyone to help the IT industry fight this menace and evil-doing that is spreading bad
words for the ethical and transparent organizations.
