If you have purchased any of our software titles, and need to have the password for operating it, you can contact us over the
phone or via e-mail. As the password can be instantly generated, we shall let you know the required password in less than a minute.
And in case if you find any difficulty either to install or to operate the software program, then our service technologist will
promptly advise you what to do and/ or how to do that.
As a rule, we spend a considerable duration of time for conducting thorough checking of our products in
respect of obtainable accuracy and reliability. Still, if any discrepancy or error is ever found to be creeping in, then
we shall rectify the error just upon hearing from you; we shall arrange to send an updated version of the program at your
doorstep at the earliest
convenience. Your name will appear in our classified column as a patron – who has kindly assisted us with his/ her valuable
advise to improve the quality of our product/s.
If you are having any suggestion for improvement – which might involve minor addition, deletion, alteration, modification, etc
or major incorporation – in any of our software titles, then also you should feel free to let us know your valued opinion. We
shall judiciously consider your suggestion, and if we are convinced that it will be better to opt for, then we shall incorporate
